This is a type of turntablist arrangement style using loop pedal memory phrase feature. I first learned from DJ Deviant. It involves crafting/looping each part of the arrangement (A;B;Chorus:CODA etc) using a Loopstation. The arrangement can be then "played" by switching from one memory value to another (eg ABABChorusABCODA). This then becomes the basis for the remainder of the instrumentation to be overdubbed in. All instruments sampled and recorded live on turntable and MPD. More like this on "The Gentle Art of Sampling"
